Description: This microscope is used for failure mode analysis and comes equipped with an AxioCam MRc 5 digital camera. Includes two (2) lenses, which are manually changed. The first lense has a magnification from 5x to 63x, and the second has a maximum of 120x. The microscope is also equipped with adjacent, central, and bottom lights for illuminated magnification.
