Description: This process is similar to injection molding with much lower shear rates. Pressure used to inject polymer is significantly less than that of the injection molding system. The volume limit of one molding process is 4mL and the maximum temperature is limited to 400 C. The system is capable of blending materials in the mold. Molds available include dogbones, rods, etc at volumes of 1ml.
