Description:Equipped with four different detectors that measure refractive index, viscometer, and light scattering at 90 and 15 degrees, this machine can determine molecular weight distribution and conformation of various polymers. The system is commonly in toluene or THF eluent. Other solvents are available such as, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) or trichlorobenzene (TCB). The system can be heated up to 220C. Column sets are available for high resolution separations of polymers under 100k daltons and for high molecular weight systems up to 10M Daltons..
