Description: Mainly used for failure analysis, this inverted microscope features ISC optics for image creation, 23mm field of view, modular design for optimum adaptation to the relevant application, 6-position nosepiece, and a 5-position reflector turret, and 3-position optovar turret. The microscope is equipped with the following illuminators: HAL 100 W, HBO 50, N HBO 103, N XBO 75, and has a maximum magnification of 1000x.
